What you will do

• Coordinate and implement quality processes and data governance with an E2E business mindset.
• Identify and propose process efficiency improvements and quality service expansions.
• Handle complex transactional requests and lead data cleansing efforts for the CO organization.
• Create and maintain process documentation for the Data Health team.
• Onboard and train team members on process changes and updates.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and lead project management initiatives for process redesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or IT.
• 5-7 years of experience in data quality, master data management (MDM), or data governance.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and previous experience working with SAP.
• Experience in business process development and redesign.
• English proficiency at a communicative level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, agile methodology, or project management.
• Background in manufacturing or materials management.
• Knowledge of IT programming and databases.
