What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HTA, Access, and Reimbursement processes.
• Translate complex regulatory and planning workflows into clear product features and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, design, development, and vendor teams to refine solutions.
• Lead workshops, requirement sessions, demos, and trainings for global and regional stakeholders.
• Improve data structures, define standards, and ensure data quality and governance.
• Monitor product usage and analyze adoption to recommend improvements and contribute to roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS tools.
• English: Proficiency (written and spoken) required

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or HTA domains.
• Understanding of resource planning systems or enterprise-level platforms.
• Experience supporting global product rollouts.
