What you will do

• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to deliver an excellent user experience.
• Develop responsive and accessible applications across various devices and platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while reviewing PRs and mentoring other engineers.
• Contribute to engineering design and evaluate technical tradeoffs for new features.
• Research and implement frontend best practices and innovations to improve developer and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering commercial products to market.
• Significant experience with React, the React ecosystem, and unidirectional data flow (preferably Redux).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and latest ECMAScript standards.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and web performance optimization.
• Strong focus on UX/UI principles and a passion for high-quality design.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Philadelphia, USA

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience establishing and scaling a design system.
