Salary: $74,000 - $100,000 (CAD)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for AI and automation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, security, and business units.
• Align stakeholders on project goals, success measures, and capability requirements.
• Ensure AI and agent-driven workflows are effectively operationalized, monitored, and scaled.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, including governance and integration requirements.
• Continuously improve delivery practices and templates within the Centre of Excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product delivery or project management.
• 5+ years of experience partnering directly with senior leadership.
• Must hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship status and have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• Proven success delivering complex AI or automation-driven projects.
• Working knowledge of agentic platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and AWS Bedrock/SageMaker.
