What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Execute general repairs and replacements of building fixtures, appliances, and components.
• Maintain operation logs for central plant systems, chemical consumption, and equipment inspections.
• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.
• Develop proficiency in operating fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and participate in required training activities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations or Property Management.
• Must be able to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and access confined spaces like crawl spaces and roofs.
• Proficiency with power tools and basic computer skills for engineering programs.
• Ability to obtain required city or government licenses as applicable.
