What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions including objects, workflows, and dashboards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Develop and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and scenarios to ensure system quality.
• Maintain data governance, quality initiatives, and performance monitoring efforts.
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation.
• Proven experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in UAT planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
• Experience in public-sector, government, or transportation industries.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration.
