What you will do

• Manage a global team of senior Oracle developers, report developers, and consultants.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and development standards.
• Review technical designs and solutions to ensure they meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture, DBA, and System Administration teams to manage dependencies.
• Handle performance reviews, training needs, and resource scheduling for direct reports.
• Liaise with external vendors and manage Oracle service requests and RFCs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Irving, TX for hybrid work.
• 7-10 years of experience in a technical lead or management role.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and financial business processes.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and supervise global development teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
