Salary: $25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate and assist with strategic projects focused on Transaction Services and bank operations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement operational efficiencies and improvements.
  • Manage small-scale projects involving external vendors and communicate project status to senior management.
  • Update fraud detection databases and support ATM project conversions.
  • Provide day-to-day business partner support for lenders and Treasury Management Services.
  • Train employees and assist with audit investigations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Strong technical skills including database and spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Experience coordinating multidimensional projects and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to comply with federal regulations, bank policies, and risk management standards.
