Location: Must be based in Israel (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the Creative Operations function by establishing efficient operating models and best practices.
  • Design and govern end-to-end creative workflows to improve planning, execution, and scalability.
  • Drive resource planning and production management across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Own the creative technology stack, including workflow tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and AI-powered solutions.
  • Manage creative budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Build reporting frameworks to measure performance and drive continuous improvement across the Brand organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, or program management.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic operational partner to leadership.
  • Experience building scalable workflows and resource planning processes.
  • Strong command of project management, resourcing, and DAM tools.
  • Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and operational implementation.
  • Must be based in Israel and able to work in a hybrid model.
