What you will do

• Gather, validate, and specify clear, testable requirements using appropriate modeling techniques.
• Manage requirements lifecycle including changes, decisions, and assumptions documentation.
• Create and maintain a structured knowledge base for product behavior and business rules.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing scenarios and acceptance criteria and validating delivered features.
• Leverage AI tools (LLMs) to enhance analysis speed and quality while ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for documentation and communication.
• Strong skills in structuring ambiguous problems, defining business rules, and producing clear requirements.
• General understanding of data-driven products and data pipelines.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools in analysis work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning concepts including model lifecycle and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with distributed data processing or large-scale ML systems.

Hiring process
