What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for R&D-developed tools and applications.
• Handle support requests and manage communication channels using ticketing systems.
• Gather user insights and feedback to provide recommendations and change requests to the internal R&D team.
• Promote R&D initiatives, share updates, and drive the adoption of internal tools across production teams.
• Foster collaboration and facilitate feedback sessions between R&D, game, and art production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, community management, or technical communication within a game studio or software development team.
• Exceptional English proficiency with high precision and clarity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage and prioritize support requests effectively.
• Experience managing support ticketing systems and internal documentation (e.g., Jira, Freshservice, SharePoint).
• Must be based in Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of game art pipelines, AI-driven tools, or technical workflows.
• Business level proficiency in Mandarin.
