Salary: $93,530–$137,181 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operations.
• Track and analyze customer complaints and quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems.
• Support and execute improvement projects to completion.
• Use tools like FMEA and corrective actions to strengthen processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained.

Requirements

• Must be local to Florence/Elsmere, KY or willing to relocate.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Manufacturing and Business Process Improvement.
• Strong experience with FMEA and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to regulated environments such as FDA, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.
