What you will do

• Establish and maintain robust quality systems and processes across operations and the laboratory.
• Lead validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, process, cleaning, and software validation.
• Drive lean quality practices to reduce waste and improve working capital.
• Manage root cause analysis, CAPAs, and change control processes.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Manufacturing to improve process stability and act as the site quality SME.

Requirements

• 10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record as a quality manager (not a first-time manager).
• Strong expertise in FMEA and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on, systems-focused approach to driving organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 13485.
• Prior professional auditing experience.
