What you will do

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process to ensure timely reporting.
• Analyze movements in key general ledger accounts and deliver actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and control.
• Participate in annual and interim audits and provide expert advice on accounting issues.
• Contribute to the definition of financial control processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within banking, financial services, or Big 4 firms.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and IFRS.
• Structured, logical approach to problem-solving with a hands-on attitude.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong focus on delivery.
