What you will do

• Lead the migration of the existing web-based codebase into a high-performance React Native application for iOS, Android, and PC.
• Architect a secure backend to manage dual user-role control and ensure compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K regulations.
• Implement robust local-first data caching and cloud-syncing for cross-device progression.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like EAS and Fastlane for frictionless deployment.
• Manage the end-to-end App Store, Google Play, and Steam review and launch processes.
• Ensure UI/UX components scale flawlessly across diverse mobile and desktop aspect ratios.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying complex, highly interactive applications using React Native.
• High proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to accelerate development.
• Strong backend architecture experience with platforms such as Firebase, Supabase, or AWS.
• Deep understanding of store provisioning, certificates, and compliance review processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment directly with the founder.

Nice to have

• Experience building game-like experiences using React Native Skia, Reanimated, or React Native Game Engine.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization and memory profiling for 60fps animations.
