What you will do

• Design and launch mobile features from concept to release for iOS and Android.
• Define mobile architecture, including state management, offline strategies, and navigation patterns.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, accessibility, and app store releases.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Ensure high performance and reliability, specifically focusing on startup time and stability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and UX teams to translate ideas into user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering with strong React Native expertise.
• Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals (app lifecycle, push notifications, deep linking).
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, and app store processes.
• Proficiency in working with APIs and challenging backend decisions for better UX.
• Experience using LLM tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor) in the development workflow.
• Product-oriented mindset and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with native iOS/Android development.
• Knowledge of other frameworks like Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
