TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer (React Native): Design, build, and own critical features within ’ mobile application with an accent on developer experience, tooling, deployment pipelines, and app performance. Focus on large-scale refactors, cross-stack integrations with backend services, and leading complex technical projects.
Location: Atlanta, GA preferred, remote anywhere in the U.S. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own technical direction, architecture, and best practices for mobile features ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Lead design and delivery of complex, high-scope projects requiring deep technical judgment.
- Drive improvements to developer tooling, build pipelines, and workflows for faster iteration.
- Establish standards for component architecture, testing, accessibility, performance, and deployment.
- Mentor engineers across levels and collaborate with leadership on technical strategy.
- Ensure seamless mobile app integration with backend services and participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience with deep React Native expertise at scale.
- Proven track record owning complex initiatives and full mobile development lifecycle.
- Mastery-level TypeScript, Expo ecosystem, monorepo tooling, mobile testing (Jest, Maestro), CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of backend API patterns with Go and Rails services.
- Experience in fully remote organizations with autonomy and strong communication.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
