What you will do
- Develop and evolve communications strategies and campaign frameworks aligned with brand and business priorities.
- Guide the execution of global communications initiatives in collaboration with regional and local teams.
- Partner with studio, brand, and corporate communications teams to align campaign narratives.
- Manage budget planning and communications resource allocation across initiatives.
- Assess communications risks and recommend proactive solutions to support campaign success.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Requirements
- Experience developing and guiding global communications strategies for products, brands, or campaigns.
- Experience managing and supporting communications teams in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the global media landscape, including gaming, entertainment, and technology.
- Experience working in an international organization within a senior communications role.
- Strong storytelling and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
