What you will do

• Develop and evolve communications strategies and campaign frameworks aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Guide the execution of global communications initiatives in collaboration with regional and local teams.
• Partner with studio, brand, and corporate communications teams to align campaign narratives.
• Manage budget planning and communications resource allocation across initiatives.
• Assess communications risks and recommend proactive solutions to support campaign success.
• Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Requirements

• Experience developing and guiding global communications strategies for products, brands, or campaigns.
• Experience managing and supporting communications teams in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of the global media landscape, including gaming, entertainment, and technology.
• Experience working in an international organization within a senior communications role.
• Strong storytelling and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
