What you will do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for VoIP-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot VoIP issues including call quality, SIP registration, routing, and connectivity
- Configure and maintain PBX systems such as FusionPBX and VitalPBX
- Support and manage OpenSIPS configurations and routing
- Diagnose network-related issues including NAT, firewalls, ports, and QoS
- Document support tickets and guide customers through technical processes in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in the VoIP industry
- Hands-on experience with FusionPBX, VitalPBX, and OpenSIPS
- Strong understanding of SIP protocol, VoIP routing, and PBX systems
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, and firewalls
- Experience troubleshooting call quality issues such as latency, jitter, and packet loss
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
