Salary: 4000-5500 EUR gross

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to review acceptance criteria and identify gaps early.
• Design and maintain E2E test automation for backend, web, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Monitor quality dashboards and investigate system issues using logs and observability tools.
• Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-assisted testing tools and QA practices.
• Transform real-world user issues from Customer Care into robust regression tests.
• Contribute to the cross-squad QA community to raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on manual testing experience with a focus on edge cases and user impact.
• Proven test automation experience on at least one platform (backend, web, or mobile).
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.
