Salary: €4,300–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy across multiple products and brands.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-4 QA engineers.
• Perform hands-on manual and automated testing using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Drive the development of an AI-powered QA agent tool to enhance and automate testing capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and product teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Track and report quality metrics like defect density and test coverage to senior management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a QA Lead role.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Confident experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Application of UI, functional, regression, white-box, and black-box testing techniques.
• Experience thriving in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
