TL;DR

Quality Engineer (Web/QA Automation): Ensuring the quality of website builder products with an accent on automation strategy and product-oriented QA processes. Focus on designing scalable test architectures, implementing UI/API automation, and mentoring QE engineers within cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (Global) or Hybrid (Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: Gross starting from 4500 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Set the quality bar for the Website Builder product and optimize delivery processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for new and existing features.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing, including exploratory sessions across the organization.
  • Design and maintain a scalable test architecture aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Coach cross-functional team members (engineers and designers) on testing practices.
  • Mentor and coordinate other QE Engineers to foster professional growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software QE engineer in web-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
  • Experience with API manual testing and automation (Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger).
  • Experience working with MySQL or similar databases.
  • Great communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
  • Strong knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools, and processes.

Nice to have

  • Basic programming skills in TypeScript.
