What you will do
- Issue requests for quotation based on project and line requirements.
- Manage purchasing processes end to end, place purchase orders, and follow up closely.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and onboard new suppliers.
- Support the development of the purchasing department and strategic sourcing activities.
Requirements
- Education in purchasing, supply chain management, or a technical field.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Structured, systematic approach with ownership and attention to detail.
- Good English language skills.
- Norwegian language skills and NATO security clearance are required.
