What you will do

• Drive and monitor accounting activities in alignment with project timelines and standard accounting procedures.
• Act as a Business Expert for the PTP process during the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, cost-efficiency, and quality of financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to optimize overall performance.
• Anticipate and resolve financial issues while maintaining strong relationships with markets and group financial control.
• Support invoice processing and payment teams during project transitions.

Requirements

• Educational background in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and Excel.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Panama City, Panama (no visa sponsorship or relocation).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Excel Macros, Knime, or Power BI.
