What you will do

• Build and ship MVPs for growth experiments using no-code tools like Bubble, Lovable, and Zapier.
• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows and agents to improve personalization and targeting.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks, from campaign QA to performance reporting and lead enrichment.
• Develop scalable growth infrastructure by leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs.
• Act as an internal multiplier by sharing tools and playbooks to increase GTM team velocity.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to test and refine growth levers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing.
• Proven expertise with AI, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., custom GPTs, internal agents).
• Fluency in tools such as Zapier, Make, Python, Javascript, SQL, or LangChain.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
