What you will do

• Review and proofread a wide range of digital content, especially emails, newsletters, and webpages, for grammatical and spelling accuracy.
• Perform comparative reviews between briefed templates and draft versions across desktop and mobile views.
• Verify links, formatting, layout, and general deliverable quality to meet established standards.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to share feedback and sign off on updated assets.
• Validate developed emails using tools such as Email on Acid or Litmus for content verification.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality checking, proofreading, or editorial work specifically for medical content.
• Excellent command of German and Business English.
• Must be based in Poland and preferably aligned with the CET time zone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using work management tools like JIRA.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Medical or pharmaceutical background, or experience in other highly regulated sectors.
• 2-3 years of relevant email marketing experience.
• Understanding of scientific or technical terminology.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
