What you will do
- Monitor performance of digital products and resolve dealer and customer issues.
- Provide front-line support for the Cat Digital portfolio.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, triage, and analysis of application failures.
- Document issues and manage escalation paths to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and update self-service knowledge articles and training materials.
- Conduct occasional field visits to provide expert technical assistance.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technical support, contact center operations, or application support.
- Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
- Basic understanding of systems thinking and infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
- Knowledge of data tools, BI products, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Must be based in Kosice, Slovakia.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure.
- Awareness of application design and architecture concepts.
