What you will do
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for the Spanish market across all brands and product verticals.
- Drive customer acquisition growth through performance marketing, digital campaigns, and social initiatives.
- Manage the Spanish marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend allocation.
- Lead the Spanish marketing team and coordinate with cross-functional global teams (Brand, CRM, BI, Product).
- Oversee external agency relationships, media plans, and campaign performance optimization.
- Monitor competitor activity and analyze business performance to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Spain (Hybrid setup).
- Languages: Native-level Spanish and fluent English (C1+).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital, Brand, or Acquisition Marketing, preferably in iGaming.
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of online acquisition channels and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and performance dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience within regulated iGaming or Sports Betting markets.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of media planning and buying strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM, attribution, and customer segmentation tools.
