Location: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week in-office) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines

What you will do

• Design and manage sales enablement content, including landing pages, pitch decks, and campaign assets.
• Lead the redesign of executive-level presentation materials for events, sales engagements, and webinars.
• Create and optimize training and certification assets, including course visuals and digital badges.
• Produce and manage the monthly sales enablement newsletter, overseeing layout and distribution.
• Edit and deliver polished video content for demos, webinars, and live events.
• Lead small design initiatives and manage creative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in content design, sales enablement, or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Must be based in Taguig, Philippines for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
• Experience with sales enablement platforms or content management tools.
• Familiarity with multimedia content production and video editing.
