What you will do

• Develop and execute creative concepts for email campaigns and paid social ads.
• Design high-quality, on-brand assets in Figma with a focus on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Implement AI tools to generate ideas, refine copy, and accelerate design and research workflows.
• Build and manage email campaigns within Klaviyo.
• Maintain clean, structured systems across project management tools like Asana or Notion and file storage.
• Track performance data to iterate on designs and improve marketing outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
• Strong English proficiency required for full-time collaboration.
• Proven design sense with expertise in Figma and visual art direction.
• Highly organized with a natural ability to create and maintain structured systems.
• Experience or quick learning ability with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and project management software.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad creatives or email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
