What you will do
- Own the full-cycle Upwork lead generation process, from profile optimization and job search to bidding and communication.
- Implement and maintain a combination of manual bidding and auto-bidder tools.
- Conduct initial outreach and qualify leads according to predefined scoring criteria.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives.
- Ensure CRM hygiene through accurate data entry, regular updates, and metric tracking.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly SQL quotas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT outbound lead generation specifically on Upwork.
- Proven track record of success in both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with auto-bidder tools.
- English: B2 level required
- Solid understanding of IT services business models and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Nice to have
- Experience conducting discovery and qualification calls.
- Experience in hardware-related sectors such as IoT, embedded systems, drones, or robotics.
- Experience utilizing AI tools for research, personalization, or automation.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
