What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for POS and Trade Marketing materials, including complex event equipment such as bars and tents.
• Execute the full tender process, from creating briefing documentation and supplier selection to final product launch.
• Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, compliance, and certifications in collaboration with internal Quality Management.
• Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint and energy consumption of physical marketing assets.
• Conduct competitive sourcing and category management to optimize supply markets and pricing strategies.
• Maintain Product Master Data within the Material Governance System and resolve quality complaints for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in product development or management, ideally within the POS environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) are required; German language skills are a plus.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end product development and leading sustainability optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of structured project management methodologies and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
