What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Fusion platform across crypto, equities, commodities, and derivatives.
• Own the end-to-end value proposition, positioning, and acquisition strategies for active and professional traders.
• Drive the evolution of web and mobile platform experiences to improve usability and professional trading workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure high availability, low latency, and operational resilience of the trading infrastructure.
• Scale and lead a multidisciplinary organization encompassing Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Manage commercial performance, optimizing KPIs such as trading volume, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Requirements

• Substantial leadership experience in trading platforms, fintech, brokerage, or exchange infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of market structure, execution platforms, and scalable technical architectures.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling complex, revenue-generating financial products.
• Experience operating within regulated financial environments and navigating compliance and risk frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Vienna, Austria.
