What you will do

• Support IAM processes, tools, and standards across the organization to ensure secure identity lifecycle operations.
• Maintain identity services, directories, and access control mechanisms following established procedures.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access requests while ensuring strict compliance with security policies.
• Contribute to application onboarding, joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes, and recertification campaigns.
• Assist in the automation of access processes and conduct testing to meet audit, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support cybersecurity-related tasks, including incident support and vulnerability follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of IT service management (ITIL) and experience with ticketing tools like Jira.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Eligibility for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Analytical mindset and strong motivation to learn IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk.

Nice to have

• Interest in or knowledge of cloud platforms such as EntraID, Azure, or AWS.
• Exposure to scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, or Java.
