What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, acting as a player-coach during team expansion.
• Drive technical enablement and value demonstration for regional alliance partners and MSSPs.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic objectives and cross-functional business plans.
• Manage customer and partner relationships through solution selling and technical problem resolution.
• Gather product feedback from the Japan region to align with revenue opportunities.
• Represent the company at corporate and partner marketing events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture, specifically in endpoint security or relevant cybersecurity domains.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, preferably including remote employees.
• Proven experience working with partners, technical alliances, and MSSPs.
• Strong ability to build partner GTM solutions leveraging cybersecurity products.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
