TL;DR

Corporate Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Deploying and demonstrating the Falcon security platform to prospective customers with an accent on technical validation and Proof of Values (POV). Focus on analyzing complex architectures, identifying security vulnerabilities, and articulating the technical value of AI-native cybersecurity solutions.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the United Arab Emirates to cover East Africa.

What you will do

  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations of the Falcon security platform.
  • Manage the Proof of Value (POV) process, including defining success criteria and executing evaluations.
  • Identify customer technical requirements and provide deep expertise to sales teams.
  • Test cyber security attack techniques against the platform to validate capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • English: Native fluency and business level proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in technical roles such as systems engineering, consulting, or support.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve workflows and business outcomes.
  • Strong ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of incident response, computer forensics, and network administration.
  • Experience with malware analysis and general cybersecurity expertise.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or Value Selling methodologies.
