What you will do

• Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for real business use cases.
• Develop and integrate tools for agents, including APIs, internal services, databases, and knowledge sources.
• Improve agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety through rigorous testing and iteration.
• Build prompt structures, orchestration logic, memory, and retrieval patterns.
• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate ambiguous problems into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute to backend services and internal platforms to support end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or relevant internship/project experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Good software engineering judgment regarding APIs, debugging, system design, and data handling.
• Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, tool use, and production AI systems.
• Must be based in the Asia region.

Nice to have

• Personal projects, hackathons, or internships involving LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, or automation.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with backend systems, cloud environments, or observability.
• Exposure to fintech, crypto, customer support systems, or risk/compliance processes.
