What you will do

• Monitor real-time transactions for card testing, BIN attacks, velocity spikes, and exceptional merchant behaviour.
• Build, optimize, and maintain fraud rules and scoring models to balance prevention and false positives.
• Manage Visa and Mastercard fraud monitoring programs to ensure merchants remain within thresholds.
• Analyze chargeback and transaction data to identify emerging fraud patterns and threats.
• Review high-risk merchants and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Leverage 3D Secure (3DS), device intelligence, and behavioural signals for fraud decisioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud monitoring, transaction risk, or payment fraud (PSP, EMI, or acquiring bank).
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing fraud rules and scoring strategies.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (excellent written and communication skills).
• Must be based in Vilnius to maintain office attendance 4 days per week.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret transaction and fraud data.
