What you will do

• Project manage multiple live collections of commissioned articles across the journal portfolio.
• Act as the primary contact for Guest Editors and authors throughout the collection process.
• Monitor content flow and delivery against submission windows to ensure timely publication.
• Oversee the filtering of manuscripts and ensure a robust peer review process is in place.
• Analyze and report on the performance of collections using quantitative skills.
• Collaborate with Marketing and production teams to optimize operational excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Dordrecht, Netherlands.
• Solid experience in journal publishing workflows, specifically from submission to acceptance.
• Deep understanding of publishing ethics and integrity issues.
• English: Strong written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor's Degree minimum.
