What you will do

• Shoot and produce standout short-form content for paid social media using iPhones.
• Manage the full production lifecycle including brief review, shot lists, prop sourcing, and scheduling.
• Direct talent on set to ensure content is engaging, natural, and aligned with the creative vision.
• Make editorial decisions on final cuts to ensure performance and quality.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to refine content based on briefs.
• Handle production logistics including budgets, timelines, and on-set problem solving.

Requirements

• Must be available for on-site work at the studio in Amsterdam
• 1–4+ years of experience shooting short-form content for brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to lead shoots from start to finish including talent direction and shot list execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production sets simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of current trends and formats on TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with creative and account management teams.
