What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement bespoke roadmap strategies, including planning, deployment, upgrades, and data migrations.
• Configure and extend core products (Analyst’s Notebook, iBase, Analysis Hub/Studio, TextChart) to align with customer workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements to translate them into functional configurations and technical designs.
• Conduct system health checks, refine performance, and guide clients on enhancing system maturity.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and best-practice training to client analysts.

Requirements

• Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (hands-on coding is essential).
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including writing T-SQL.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology or professional services, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Java or C#.
• Experience with virtualization or container platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of i2’s product suite (Analyst’s Notebook, iBase, etc.).
