What you will do
- Develop and implement site employee engagement initiatives and execute the Site Engagement Survey Improvement Program.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for operator and technician positions, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies, including hiring events and campaigns, to support production ramp-up requirements.
- Monitor and analyze attrition trends to identify key drivers and implement action plans to improve workforce stability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure manpower availability aligns with operational timelines.
- Prepare recruitment, retention, and workforce analytics reports for management using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and engagement activities.
- Proven experience within manufacturing environments, preferably hiring direct labor roles (operators, technicians).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms.
