What you will do
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions like EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and act as a key administrator for the HRIS system.
- Coordinate staff training arrangements and manage HRD Corp (HRDF) claims.
- Oversee office facilities, company assets, and enforce administrative policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and Industrial Relations.
- Must be a Malaysian applicant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
