What you will do

• Design and develop new features for the Inside Business Portal and improve existing functionalities.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and conduct code refactoring to manage technical debt.
• Collaborate and align technical solutions directly with stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Provide hands-on support for investigating and resolving production issues and outages.
• Contribute to strategic deliveries that directly impact business improvements for corporate clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional IT development experience.
• Proficiency in core server-side Java and SpringBoot (web, data, security).
• Experience with Oracle database, SQL, and relational modeling.
• Knowledge of Linux deployment environments and Continuous Delivery tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Maven).
• Experience with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and BDD (Cucumber).
• English: Advanced spoken and written proficiency (C1) is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Flexibility to work with other languages, specifically Python.
• Experience in optimizing software for performance.
