What you will do

• Develop GenAI-powered knowledge management solutions for SeaTrack MES using LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Build AI-powered coding assistants to improve developer productivity.
• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java.
• Implement integrations utilizing messaging platforms and event-driven architectures.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams across China, Singapore, and the USA.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and the software development lifecycle.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Wuxi, China.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
