What you will do

• Develop and improve the IT Continuity and Resilience Framework based on ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to create and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans for critical services.
• Define and align Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) with business requirements.
• Coordinate DR testing activities, including planning, execution, evidence collection, and post-test reporting.
• Conduct IT resilience risk assessments and track remediation actions to address identified gaps.
• Prepare documentation and evidence to support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or IT Risk.
• Strong understanding of DR principles, specifically RTOs and RPOs.
• Proven experience in coordinating or supporting DR testing and resilience exercises.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Experience in maintaining documentation and reporting for governance and audit activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or other information security frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks.
• Experience working within large, global, or matrix organizations.
• Exposure to operational resilience programs or internal/external audit support.
