What you will do

• Coordinate the full compliance lifecycle, including gap analysis, remediation planning, and audit execution.
• Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external audits, facilitating interviews and evidence requests.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Product, HR, and Legal to implement compliance requirements.
• Support risk management activities by conducting security reviews for new initiatives and vendors.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation to support training and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to compliance integration efforts for organizational changes and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
• Must be based in or able to work from the local office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, SaaS cloud services, and identity management concepts.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to manage concurrent initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CCSK are preferred.
