What you will do

• Distribute work across production teams and track the progress of projects on the floor.
• Conduct daily meetings with production team leaders to assess job status.
• Manage production schedules, employee timekeeping, and holiday requests.
• Perform 5S checks and maintain ISO9001 standards, including liaising with BSI auditors.
• Lead recruitment efforts for the production floor and conduct interviews.
• Handle return-to-work processes and participate in disciplinary hearings.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Legal authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland is required.
