What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience, from query input and autocomplete to results pages and filters.
• Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in close collaboration with data science and ML teams.
• Drive discovery and navigation to help customers move seamlessly between browsing and searching.
• Define and refine a search measurement framework using advanced metrics like query reformulation and zero-results rates.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing UX quality, search infrastructure, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, covering both ranking logic and UX.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and running experiments.
• Ability to collaborate with data science and ML teams on ranking signals and semantic search.
• Strong focus on creating intuitive user experiences across different devices and use cases.
