What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Respond promptly to tenant questions and concerns to provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Utilize Rent Manager software to manage tenant accounts and track requests.
• Support tenants with lease-related questions, billing, and general property information.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in tenant relations, property management, or a similar customer service role.
• Proficiency in Rent Manager or other property management software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the Philippines

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating maintenance and repair orders.
• Knowledge of rental policies and lease agreements.
